Everett Dobson

Everett has been a member of the Dobson Fiber Board of Directors since 1982, served as CEO from 2012-2019 and currently serves as Executive Chairman. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

In 1989, Everett founded Dobson Communications Corporation (DCC) and was its Executive Chairman when it sold to AT&T in November 2007 for $5.1 billion enterprise which included $2.8 billion in equity market capital. At the time of the sale, the company was operating in 17 states, producing $1.6 billion in revenue, had 3,000 employees and 1.6 million subscribers.

Board membership includes Dobson Family Foundation, National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, Keeneland Association in Lexington, Kentucky, and the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball team.

Everett and his wife live in Oklahoma City. They have three daughters and four grandchildren.

Francisco Maella

Francisco Maella serves as Chief Executive Officer for Dobson Fiber. Francisco directs all aspects of Dobson’s operations and is responsible for setting and achieving overall company objectives. He joined Dobson in 2018 as Chief Technical Officer and brings over 22 years of experience in the telecom industry. Before Dobson, Maella served as Chief Operating Officer for Texas-based Alpheus Communications.

Francisco received his electrical engineering degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a graduate of the University of Houston’s MBA program. He and his wife live in Edmond, Oklahoma with their son.

 Trent LeForce

Trent serves as Chief Financial Officer for Dobson Fiber and President for Dobson Telephone Company. Trent has worked for the Dobson group of companies in various capacities since 1997. He was the corporate controller for Dobson Communications from 1997 to 2007, when the company was sold to AT&T. Most recently Trent was a financial executive with the Dobson Family Partnership, the majority owner of Dobson Technologies. Prior to joining the Dobson team, Trent was a senior audit manager with Coopers and Lybrand in the firm’s OKC office.

Trent is a certified public accountant and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University. He lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and two children.

Jim Horsburgh

Jim serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Dobson Fiber. In his role, Jim is responsible for the evaluation of strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions along with corporate development. Jim has been with the Dobson companies for more than 25 years.

Jim brings more than 20 years of telecom experience to Dobson Fiber. Previously, Jim served as the corporate development officer for the Dobson Partnership and the chief operations officer for the AT&T/Dobson Divestiture Trust. Jim also served as vice president of business development for Dobson Communications Corporation.

He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA. He lives in Edmond with his wife and two children.

Matt Milliron

Matt serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Dobson Fiber. He is responsible for the overall leadership of the sales organization including direct sales, indirect sales and wholesale.

Matt has extensive executive sales management experience within the telecommunications industry developing high-impact direct and indirect sales channels. In his most recent position before joining Dobson, he was responsible for strategic channels nationally for Windstream. Before Windstream, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Ntegrated Communications, and prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Sales at Alpheus Communications.

Matt is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He and his wife have two sons.
